CAMUS PREP

Terms of Service

Effective September 4, 2026 · Version 2026.09.04

1. Using Camus Prep

Camus Prep is an exam-preparation service operated by Camus LLC. These terms apply to your account, study tools, subscriptions, content, rewards, and support. Creating an account or purchasing a plan requires your acceptance. You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement.

2. Your account

Use accurate account details, keep your password private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Access is personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. One account may study both Masters and Clinical. Learning history remains separate; reward points are shared across your account.

3. Study content and limitations

Camus Prep provides original learning material, not official ASWB questions. ASWB does not sponsor or endorse the service. Current question banks have provisional agent and automated review; licensed social work subject-matter review and learner-response calibration remain outstanding. The flashcard collection is limited. Practice accuracy is not a validated readiness rating, official scaled score, or pass prediction. We do not guarantee an exam result, licensing eligibility, employment, or a particular learning outcome. Use the content notes to assess these limitations.

4. Professional boundaries

Materials are intended for exam study. They do not establish a professional relationship or provide individualized clinical, medical, legal, or supervisory advice. Follow applicable professional standards, supervision, official exam rules, and licensing-board requirements. Do not enter identifiable information about clients, patients, students, or other people into personal cards or support messages.

5. Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans cover both exams. Current US-dollar prices are $68 every month, $168 every three months, or $288 every six months. The full amount is charged at the start of each billing period. Each plan renews automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. Checkout shows the price, interval, and any applicable tax before you consent to recurring charges. Prices may change for a future period with advance notice; a change does not alter a period already purchased.

6. Canceling and refunds

Cancel future renewals through Account → Manage billing, or contact support for help. Paid access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting a browser shortcut or not using the service does not cancel a subscription. Except where the purchase terms or applicable law provide otherwise, charges are nonrefundable after an access period begins, and cancellation does not retroactively refund that period. Contact us about duplicate charges, billing errors, or a material service failure so we can investigate and provide an appropriate correction. These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Free preview

The free question preview does not require payment details and does not convert automatically to a paid subscription. We may limit preview use to prevent duplicate accounts or automated extraction. Purchasing a plan requires a separate checkout.

8. Rewards

Eligible practice activity earns points under the rules shown in Rewards. At launch these include a one-time 1,000-point welcome bonus, 500 for a correct practice answer or 250 for an incorrect one, with question earnings capped at 10,000 per day, and a 10,000-point completion bonus for one eligible completed test per week. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be redeemed only for available catalog items. Point costs and availability are shown before redemption. Digital requests are reviewed and fulfilled by the Camus Prep team; redemption does not promise immediate delivery. Physical rewards, when offered, require a delivery address. Canceling an unfulfilled order returns its spent points once. We may correct errors or reverse points obtained through fraud, automation, or abuse, with a record of the adjustment.

9. Permitted use and ownership

You may use the service and study materials for your own preparation during your access period. Camus LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the software and content. Do not scrape, resell, republish, reverse-engineer protected access, distribute answer keys, attempt to access held-out material, or interfere with other users or infrastructure. Do not submit actual secure exam questions. You retain ownership of personal study notes and cards and permit us to store and display them to provide the service.

10. Availability and account restrictions

We maintain and improve the service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may correct or remove content and restrict an account for security, nonpayment, or material misuse. We retain relevant activity so that support can investigate. If a material service change prevents us from providing paid access, contact us for a reasonable remedy, subject to applicable law.

11. Responsibility and disputes

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of exam success or suitability for a particular professional decision. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first about a dispute so we can attempt to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that applicable law protects.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively and will identify the effective version. Material changes to paid access or billing terms will be communicated before they apply. Your account records retain the version accepted at registration. Contact Camus Prep through the support form, or send a written notice to the address below.
